How to Access Your Mobile Room Key for Your Stay at Berri Hotel
Welcome to Berri Hotel! Guests staying at Berri Hotel have the option to skip the front desk entirely and head straight to their rooms using our convenient Digital Hotel App. Our online check-in service allows you to use your mobile phone as your room key, making the process incredibly easy and hassle-free.
If you prefer a traditional check-in experience or need assistance, our front desk is available to help during your stay.
Regrettably, we are unable to issue room keys unless the online check-in process has been completed and a valid and matching ID is uploaded.
How Does This Work?
- You will receive an email and SMS prior to your arrival with a link to begin the check-in process.
- Download the Digital Hotel App from your app store using the links provided in the email.
- Follow the prompts in the email to complete the online check-in process, including providing your valid ID, contact information, and credit card details.
- Once check-in is completed, your mobile room key will be sent to you when ready on your day of arrival, no later than 2 pm.
- Use the Digital Hotel App to access your room by opening the app and selecting your key.

App Information:
- Get the app before your arrival or on the check-in day from your app store.
- Register an account with the Digital Hotel App using the same email you used or will use during the online check-in process.
- Once logged in, accept Bluetooth/Nearby device permissions when prompted by the app.
- On your day of arrival, you will receive a notification advising your room is ready, or you can manually check the app.
- Access your key: Open the app, click on your reservation, and your room number will be displayed. You can now enter your room.
- TIP: Refresh the app by clicking settings and “Update Keys” to check if your key is ready.
Need help or have a question?
If you are having an issue, we suggest trying the following:
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on and allowed for the app – Apple or Android – and ensure nearby devices are allowed in your app permissions for the Digital Hotel App.
- You can set up the Digital Hotel App account again if you registered with an incorrect email. Just log out and re-register.
- Close the app by swiping up and reopening it.
- Ensure your phone software is up to date.
- Uninstall the app and reinstall it.
- If you can’t use the app, call us for support at (08) 8582 1411.
